These terms

These terms cover your use of rosefall.ai. Rosefall is the agency brand of Bavlio Inc., a federal Canadian corporation based in Ontario, Canada. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Bavlio Inc.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Client work

The work we do for a client, its price and its guarantee are set by the client's signed agreement with Bavlio Inc. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Prices, offers and guarantees on the site describe what we sell. They become binding only in a signed agreement.

Using the site

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not:

• use the site to break the law or anyone's rights
• try to get into our systems without permission, or disrupt the site
• pretend to be Rosefall, or claim that we endorse you

What you send us, such as through the booking form, must be true and yours to share.

Our content

The site's text, design and logo belong to Bavlio Inc. You may quote short parts with a link to the page. Other companies' names and marks belong to their owners. We use them to describe and compare, and that doesn't mean they endorse us.

Accuracy and links

Pages can contain mistakes or go out of date. Other companies' prices and terms come from their own pages on the date each page gives, and can change after it. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

The site links to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bavlio Inc. and its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to CA$100.

This section doesn't limit any liability the law doesn't allow us to limit, and it doesn't apply to client work, which the client's agreement governs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes

We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the new version. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
